Chef Shin, a former chef at the Grand Walkerhill Hotel, brought his expertise and passion for innovation by developing unique burgers, signature sauces, and techniques that shaped our menu. Together with Chef Kevin, whom he met through a culinary program, they built a shared vision of creating exceptional burgers made with handcrafted products, premium ingredients, and creative flavors that stand out. Since 2014, we want to defy the norms of everyday burgers, striving to make the best burgers possible with handmade products, high quality ingredients, with unique twist to all of our burgers.
